STANDARD LICENSE AGREEMENT:

1) You may use one copy of the Software or Forms on any two computers provided the two computers are owned by the purchaser of the Software or Forms.

3) You may edit and use the Forms for yourself or for your business use provided it does not violate our terms of use.

YOU MAY NOT UNDER THIS STANDARD LICENSE AGREEMENT:

4) Copy the Software or Forms except as specifically provided above. Transfer the Software or Forms to others or a third party for their benefit or your benefit in making profit through renting, loaning, or reselling. You may not disassemble or create derivative works from our Software or Forms.

5) You acknowledge and agree that all Software and Forms are the property of Orion Systems and are protected by copyrights, trademarks, service marks, trade secrets, and other rights and laws, in the U.S. and internationally.

6) Any violation of these provisions will automatically revoke this standard license agreement and could subject you to legal liability.
